These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qt999 ("qt999", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the qt999 online casino and sports betting platform available at qt999.bio and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or progressive web applications operated under the qt999 brand ("the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any game, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process, we may require you to provide documentary evidence of your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by qt999 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and initiate a full investigation. Any winnings accrued during the period in which an underage player was using the Platform will be forfeited.

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the qt999 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended immediately and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held across those accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.

Suspicious Transactions: qt999 monitors all financial activity on the Platform for signs of fraudulent behaviour, money laundering, or abuse of the payment system. Any transaction deemed suspicious may be held for investigation. qt999 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

qt999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Where qt999 determines that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, live casino table games and certain other titles may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward clearing a bonus. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms for each offer.

One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.

Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Certain bonuses may carry a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings generated from bonus funds. Where applicable, this cap will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Winnings in excess of the stated cap may not be withdrawn.

All content available on the qt999 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, logos, audio, video, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of qt999 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice on the Platform;
• Use any qt999 brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner without our prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any content from the Platform on any external website or application.

Game content displayed on the qt999 Platform is provided under licence from third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights in and to such game content remain the exclusive property of the respective developers and are used by qt999 under formal licensing agreements.

qt999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qt999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from technical failures, system errors, or interruptions to the Platform that are outside qt999's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure;
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, scores, or statistical data displayed on the Platform;
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by your payment provider or banking institution;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, promotions, or content published on the Platform that contains an error or inaccuracy.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of qt999 to any single player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit qt999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

qt999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting the wellbeing of all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your qt999 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
